The administrative structure of the school is as follows:

• Pastor/Principal
• Vice-Principal
• 18 Full Time teachers
• 1 Art Teacher
• 1 Computer teacher
• 1 Physical Education teacher
• 1 Librarian
• 1 Academic consultant

The Principal's Council consists of a representative from each Department (Primary, Middle & Junior High).  This council assists the Principal in decisions that are directly related to curriculum and the general conduct of the school.  The representatives meet with their particular department once a month to discuss and recommend solutions that must be addressed the next faculty meeting. Saint Augustine's School is a designated field placement experience service providing an urban opportunity for pre-service students from the College of Saint Elizabeth, Morristown, NJ to practice in the areas of reading and Language Arts. Dr. Deborah Tulloch accompanies the students and supervises their progress. This field experience takes place each March and runs until the beginning of May. The college students visit the school each Wednesday during those months.
